2. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob & UMP)

To support ongoing development while keeping the application free, PlayExa Video Player integrates Google AdMob to serve banner advertisements in the main video list.

• Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob): Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) may automatically collect and process certain information, which may include IP address, device or account identifiers, user interaction information, and diagnostic information, for purposes such as providing and measuring advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and related services. • READ_MEDIA_VIDEO (Android 13 and above): Exclusively used to discover and display local video files on your device.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below): Exclusively used to discover and display local video files on your device.
• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used strictly by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to fetch banner advertisements and verify network connectivity.

4. Local File Operations & Network Access

• Local File Operations: The App allows users to perform local file management actions (such as renaming or deleting video files). All file modifications are performed locally on your device only after explicit user confirmation.
• Network Access: Core local video playback and media processing operate on the device, while an internet connection may be used by Google Mobile Ads to request advertisements and by user-initiated external actions such as contacting support.
